Radial flow and Mix flow as per IS 9283 / 1995 & IS:8034/1989. Suitable for Borewell, Openwell and rivers.

1. BOWL:  Our Bowls (Stage casing) are made of closed grain cast iron. To guide the water flow, received from one impeller to next impeller, we have carefully designed its vanes and also smoothened the passage to achieve the maximum efficiency at the varied duty point. Our stage casing is also machined perfectly to ensure correct alignment of the Bowl Assembly.

2. BUSH : They are made of lead Bronze metal with good wearing resistance and water lubrication. The Bearing Bush is machined accurately to give perfect alignment and a mirror finish to get close tolerance.

3.  IMPELLER: Our Impellers are made of high quality Bronze metal, Impellers are scientifically designed and dynamically balanced for getting high efficiency. Impellers are carefully molded for getting smooth vanes and ,machined perfectly with jig & fixtures to get the easy and correct alignment. 

4. PUMP SHAFT & SLEEVE :
Pump Shaft & Sleeve are the main portions of the pump produced form stainless steel (SS 410) Shaft & Sleeve are grained accurately.Pump Specification as per IS 8034 / 1989 IS Latest revision.
 

MOTOR : "GROUPCO" is wet type, squirrel induction motors, filled with clean water. Which serve Both as lubricant to Bearing and as coolant to winding suitable for 300 / 440 Volt + 3% 50 cycles 3 phase A. C. supply. Stator made of seamless tube & Dynamically Balanced Rotor, Both are epoxy coated; High quality water resistant, double Insulated wires are used for longer life & also having high percussion strength is inert to water & chemicals. motor specification as per IS 9283 / 1979.

   Suitable for 6" DIA Bore well and open well / river.
   
   Range : 2.00 H. P. to 20 H. P. Single Phase & Three Phase.
    

3. V 8 Type graded cast-iron body with seamless tube body. Multistage Submersible Water Pump Sets. Radial flow and mix flow.
   Range : 5.00 H.P. to 90 H.P.
    

4. Open well - Sub Mono Submersible Water Pumpset. Sheet Metal and Cast-iron Body.
   Range :  0.5 H.P. to 10 H.P. Single Phase / Three Phase
   
   Suitable for open well and river.

All finished goods Pumps are inspected as per requirements of customer and also BIS standards are followed. All Pumps, are tested in the test lab and all technical data are observed on the control panel and recorded to ensure best results and performance.

V4 Pumps are packed in corrugated Boxes and V.6 / V.8 and other pumps are packed in Wooden Boxes with their identification marking.
